The Arts Club Dubai, located in DIFC, invites a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry/Bakery to join our creative kitchen team. You will manage pastry/bakery sections, ensuring recipes and quality standards set by the Executive Chef are followed to achieve maximum member satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in luxury hospitality, a recognized culinary certification, and excellent English. Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant.
• Internationally recognized professional certification.
• Excellent level of English.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with flexibility.
• Excellent team management, communication and listening skills.
• Demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake food preparation and cooking in the Pastry/Bakery kitchen on a day-to-day basis under supervision, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain sufficient stock and ensure flow of food during service by following recipes.
• Keep kitchen areas clean when not in use and comply with hygiene standards.
• Handle and maintain kitchen equipment and tools properly.
• Follow hygiene, stock rotation, dating, storage and temperature control rules.
• Minimise waste and ensure mise-en-place is ready for service.
