The ideal candidate has a culinary diploma and 1–2 years of kitchen experience, with a focus on maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification from an accredited Culinary School.
• 1–2 years of kitchen experience; completed kitchen apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Write daily requisitions for wine, dry store, food, and kitchen transfers with approvals.
• Maintain stock rotation and ensure portions match recipe standards.
• Uphold high standards of food quality and safety in daily prep.
• Coordinate mise-en-place and service with the Chef de Partie for smooth operations.
• Adhere to hygiene procedures and collaborate with the kitchen team.
• Complete daily checklists and stay updated on banquets and events.
