Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the kitchen and 1 year experience in a five-star international chain hotel.

  • Organize shifting in the section associated with mis-en-place production and its service with the Chef de Partie.
  • Follow recipe specifications for portion size, quantity, and quality while maintaining consistency.
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation, stay updated on new products, recipes, and techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the designated section, equipment, and utensils in compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the kitchen team, attend meetings, and pass on shift information for smooth operations.

About the Job
