Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor portion sizes and plate presentation for consistency.
• Assist in coaching and training junior staff as needed.
• Coordinate with Chef and service staff to ensure timely service.
