InterContinental Fujairah Resort on Al Aqah Beach is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team. You will support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the daily cold kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation and hygiene in line with HACCP guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, with at least 2 years of hotel or resort kitchen experience, and strong English communication. Weekend and public holiday shifts apply.

Competenze

Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Experience in a Cold Kitchen.
Knowledge of HACCP, hygiene and proper food storage procedures.

Mansioni

Oversee daily cold kitchen operations under Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
Prepare salads, cold appetizers, dressings and cold items according to recipes and hotel standards.
Ensure consistent quality, portioning and presentation.
Support buffet preparation, replenishment and presentation for restaurants, banquets, events and special functions.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety per HACCP and hotel procedures.
Assist with stock control and inventory while minimizing food waste.
