Job summary

flydubai is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive and deliver assigned projects within the IT PMO framework in Dubai. You will lead initiation through turnover, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines and scope while applying flydubai's governance guidelines.

Key responsibilities include managing project initiation, execution, risk mitigation, stakeholder reporting, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS or Engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.

Responsibilities

• Delivers assigned projects from initiation to production turnover.
• Ensures adherence to flydubai PMO standards and governance.
• Manages contingency planning and risk mitigation across projects.
• Plans milestones, budgets, and scope to meet sponsor expectations.
• Reports progress, risks, issues, and mitigations to stakeholders as per PMO guidelines.
• Addresses audit findings with agreed resolutions and non-compliances.
• Oversees resources and timesheet reporting to ensure accurate project accounting.
