The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree with 8+ years of UAE construction experience, strong problem solving, and proficient use of project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction (Buildings/Infrastructure/Civil Works).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to review plans and drawings.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for cost-effective solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Assist in budget estimation and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
