Job summary

Souq.com FZ LLC in Dubai seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Delivery Experience team to drive DEX initiatives across the MENA region, blending P&L ownership with product strategy. The role requires strong data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering end-to-end product releases that improve customer delivery experiences.

You will work with analytics, finance and operations to define roadmaps, measure impact, and communicate compelling business

Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with end to end product delivery.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience as a product manager or owner.
Experience owning technology products.
Experience influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive DEX related initiatives within the MENA region.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely product launches and outcomes for senior leadership.
