A boutique consultancy in Dubai seeks a Delegate Sales Executive to generate sales revenue aligned with targets and work closely with the sales team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in delegate sales, preferably in the conference industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of delegate sales experience, preferably in the conference industry.
• Experience in various sales areas like media, ad, and event sales is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

• Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives
• Work with assistant sales manager to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis
• Ensures that goals and targets are met
• Identifies telesales and delegate sales potential market growth opportunity
• Responsible for delegate profiling for each event selling (Identifies job titles relevant to each event selling)
• Helps to build rapport with existing and build new clientele database
• Works closely with Producers, Marketing and Sponsorship team working on the same events to ensure targets are met

• Candidates should have experience in conference sales, business to business sales, media sales, ad sales, intangible sales, consultative selling, publishing, trade show sales, interactive media sales and or event sales preferred.
• Strong phone based presentation skills
• Positive attitude
• Confident contract negotiator able to work with senior level executives
• Minimum of 1 year of Delegate Sales experience preferably in the conference industry
• Ability to work independently and be self driven
• Excel at managing multiple tasks at one time and perform in a high energy, fast paced environment
• General administrative functions
