The Solana Foundation is seeking a results-driven Growth & Partnerships lead to own protocol partnerships and advance DeFi adoption across global markets. You will coordinate with venues, issuers, market makers, and allocators to design liquidity programs and manage trader relations.

Qualifications

• Deep DeFi fluency including perps microstructure, lending risk, and CLMM mechanics.
• Proven track record of driving TVL, volume, or adoption in a growth or BD role.
• Institutional credibility with allocators, market makers, or issuers.
• Experience managing protocol relationships as a primary function.
• Operator mindset with ability to work across US, EU, and APAC timezones.

Responsibilities

About the Company

Responsibilities

• Own protocol growth partnerships with core venues like Phoenix, Kamino, Jupiter, and Drift
• Drive institutional DeFi adoption by bringing asset issuers, market makers, and allocators onto Solana
• Design and execute liquidity and incentive programs, modeling payout-to-outcome relationships
• Manage trader relations for the Americas, including prop shops, market makers, and HFT firms
• Grow the Americas retail base through funnels, campaigns, and creators
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with legal, finance, product, and marketing teams
• Track and own key metrics including TVL, volume, and program ROI
