Job summary

Prop Firm in Dubai seeks a seasoned Solana developer to architect and implement on-chain programs in Rust using Anchor, delivering high‑throughput trading systems.

You will integrate with Jupiter, Drift, Meteora, and Raydium, and build real-time feeds with sub‑100ms latency while ensuring robust testing and security across devnet/mainnet RPCs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with 1+ years building on Solana.
• Production experience writing Solana programs in Rust using the Anchor framework.
• Deep understanding of Solana architecture: accounts, PDAs, CPIs, compute units, rent.
• Hands-on experience with Solana tooling: solana-cli, anchor-cli, web3.js or @solana/web3.js.
• Experience integrating with major Solana protocols (Jupiter, Drift, Phoenix, Meteora, etc.).
• Proficiency with TypeScript/Node.js for building off-chain services and WebSocket clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Solana programs (smart contracts) in Rust using Anchor framework.
• Integrate with Solana DeFi protocols: Jupiter (AMM/aggregator), Drift (perpetuals), Meteora, Raydium.
• Implement real-time WebSocket feeds for Solana accounts, transactions, and program logs.
• Build automated trading strategies executing on Solana with sub-100ms latency.
• Develop on-chain risk management: position limits, liquidation triggers, PDA-based account validation.
• Write comprehensive integration tests against devnet/mainnet RPC nodes.
• Optimize transaction construction: compute unit limits, priority fees, account pre-fetching.
• Design secure PDA (Program Derived Address) schemas and CPI (Cross-Program Invocation) patterns.

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, 1+ years building on Solana.
• Production experience writing Solana programs in Rust with Anchor framework.
• Deep understanding of Solana architecture: accounts, PDAs, CPIs, compute units, rent.
• Hands‑on experience with Solana tooling: solana-cli, anchor-cli, web3.js or @solana/web3.js.
• Experience integrating with major Solana protocols (Jupiter, Drift, Phoenix, Meteora, etc.).
• Proficiency with TypeScript/Node.js for building off-chain services and WebSocket clients.
• Understanding of SPL tokens, token-2022, associated token accounts.
• Experience with transaction optimization: compute budget, priority fees, retries.
• Familiarity with RPC providers (Helius, QuickNode, Triton) and their rate limits/quirks.
• Ability to read and understand on-chain program code via Solana Explorer or Anchor IDL.
• Strong testing discipline: unit tests, integration tests against live devnet/mainnet.

Bonus

• Published open-source Solana programs or contributions to Anchor/Solana ecosystem.
• Experience with Solana program security: reentrancy guards, signer checks, account validation.
• Understanding of MEV on Solana: Jito bundles, sandwich attacks, arbitrage bots.
• Familiarity with Solana VM internals: SVM, BPF, eBPF, account locking.
• Experience with Geyser plugins, Yellowstone gRPC, or custom RPC node setups.
• Knowledge of Solana-specific DeFi primitives: vaults, auto‑compounders, lending protocols.
• Trading infrastructure background: order routing, execution algorithms, latency optimization.
• Experience with Solana mobile (Saga phone) or Solana Pay integrations.
• Active Solana ecosystem participant: hackathon winner, protocol contributor, community builder.
