Comand AI is seeking a Business Strategist to mobilize its presence from the ground up in the defense sector. The role focuses on identifying entry points, building trusted relationships with ministries of defense, and guiding opportunities from initial engagement to pilot and contract.

You will translate complex software capabilities into operational and commercial value, manage long procurement cycles, and collaborate with global teams to drive market traction across Europe, including

• Experience selling into armed forces, ministries of defense, or a highly regulated B2G market.
• Track record of two or three large deals personally closed.
• Ability to build pipeline from near-zero with no playbook.
• Technical curiosity to translate complex software into value for procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Identify entry points and own journey from first engagement to contract.
• Shape strategic opportunities before formal procurement.
• Build trusted relationships across defense ecosystem including government stakeholders.
• Navigate long, sensitive B2G sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and RFIs/RFPs.
• Translate Prevail’s capabilities into procurement-friendly language.
• Collaborate with founders, product and field teams to convert field validation into traction.
• Work with a Europe-wide team to unlock opportunities with armed forces and defense orgs.
