Your mission is to ensure that all deck operations are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with maritime, environmental and project-specific standards. You’ll support operational output while creating a positive, collaborative work culture.

• Supervising deck crew and crane/tension operators during marine construction tasks;
• Ensuring safe and compliant use of rigging, lifting and lay equipment;
• Managing daily deck operations and equipment maintenance;
• Leading toolbox talks and contributing to a strong safety culture;
• Coordinating with the Master and Offshore Construction Manager to optimise operations.
