Role Overview

Altamayez is seeking a motivated and professional Debt Collector to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is suitable if you have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a target-driven approach to managing customer accounts and collections.

You’ll be responsible for following up on outstanding payments, communicating with clients professionally, and achieving collection targets while maintaining positive customer relationships. If you have experience in debt collection, banking, or financial services, you’ll have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on collection commitments.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, attested by UAE MOFA (mandatory); previous experience in Debt Collection, Banking, or Financial Services is an advantage.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of debt collection procedures and negotiation/payment recovery techniques.
