Job summary

Tanqeeb in Sharjah is seeking a proactive Debt Collection Executive to follow up with students and customers on pending payments, negotiate payment plans, and maintain records. Coordinate with accounts and admissions teams, achieve monthly targets, and handle payment-related inquiries.

The role requires strong English communication, persuasion skills, and a target-driven mindset. Immediate joiners preferred for UAE residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection or payment recovery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with students/customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
• Contact clients via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Explain outstanding balances and payment deadlines clearly.
• Negotiate suitable payment arrangements when required.
• Maintain records of collection activities and payment commitments.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Coordinate with accounts and admissions teams on payment status.
