Job summary

Restore Talent Solutions is seeking a Dealer Network Development Manager to oversee and expand the dealer footprint across Saudi Arabia. You will lead the network strategy, manage dealer performance, and ensure alignment with brand standards to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Saudi automotive retail market, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver training systems and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Automotive Management or related field.
• 5–7 years in dealer development or network management in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi automotive retail market.
• Proficiency in performance analytics, project management and compliance frameworks.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Kingdom Saudi Arabia.
• Able to work in KSA / Transferable Iqama.

Responsibilities

• Identify target regions and opportunities for new dealer appointments.
• Lead market studies and feasibility analyses to support network growth.
• Oversee end-to-end dealer appointment process including selection evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Monitor and evaluate dealer KPIs and develop corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training systems and process enhancements.
• Support regional dealer transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to customer experience and digital retailing projects.
• Provide regular market insights and competitor benchmarking.
