Job summary

KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking a Manager in Deal Advisory / Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence) within Energy and Natural Resources. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• ACA/ACCA/CPA/CA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Significant experience in financial due diligence and deal advisory.
• Experience leading due diligence engagements and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across sizes and structures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated transaction advice.
• Present diligence findings and recommendations to clients and investors.
• Manage multiple engagements with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Escalate risks and issues to Directors and Partners in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with firm risk management and engagement documentation.
