Job summary

Eaton's ES EMEA CPS division is seeking a DC for DC EMEA Program Manager to orchestrate Eaton's data center power solutions across hyperscale and colocation customers in EMEA. The role leads end-to-end program execution, aligning product development, system architectures, and customer engagement across multiple divisions.

As a senior technical program leader, you will drive milestones, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while collaborating with R&D, power systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Systems engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in power systems, electrical infrastructure, or data center technology environments.
• Proven experience working with hyperscale and/or colocation data center customers.
• Prior experience in R&D, advanced engineering, systems engineering, or complex technical program leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DC for DC EMEA program across Eaton's full data center power value chain.
• Define governance, milestones, success criteria and escalation mechanisms across divisions.
• Coordinate new product development roadmaps to ensure architectural coherence for hyperscale and colocation DC apps.
• Engage with regional teams to align customer learnings, program progress, and best practices globally.
• Consolidate inputs into dashboards and executive summaries, and resolve risks before impact.
