Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Manager with electrical engineering expertise to lead data center and critical systems projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on managing scope, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and client satisfaction across demanding sites.

The candidate will coordinate with engineering, sales, and program management to ensure alignment with technical and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering.
• Accredited Project Management qualifications with construction site experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience.
• Hands-on experience in Data Centers or similar critical systems applications.
• Strong electrical engineering background with design and installation experience in heavy-duty power distribution.
• Experience in Power Management, Power Control, Mission Critical, or Building Management systems.
• Ability to travel to sites up to 100% during installation and commissioning phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from order intake to completion, ensuring adherence to EHS, time, quality, and cost commitments.
• Manage project financials including revenue recognition, cash flow, risk, opportunities, and profit margins.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with sales and program management.
• Identify and maintain a risk register to mitigate or eliminate potential project problems.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to align deliverables with technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Manage customer contracts and specifications.
• Oversee field operations, including site activities, scope, schedule, and quality, while managing Site Managers and Coordinators.
• Identify supplier needs and coordinate with supply chain for qualification and competitiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
