Job summary

Kard is transforming customer loyalty with a data-driven approach. The role focuses on answering business questions with SQL, Databricks, and spreadsheet tools, delivering clear analyses for Sales and go-to-market teams.

You will clarify requirements with stakeholders, investigate data issues, and produce reliable, reusable reports and dashboards while maintaining documentation and data quality across operational needs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics support, or data operations.
• Strong SQL skills for answering business questions and troubleshooting.
• Experience with modern data and analytics tools; familiarity with Databricks or Count is a plus.
• Strong spreadsheet skills including data validation, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear analytical requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
• Experience supporting Sales or other go-to-market teams.
• Familiarity with CRM, pipeline, or revenue-related data.
• Experience creating dashboards, reusable reports, or internal data documentation.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill ad-hoc data and reporting requests from Sales and other internal teams using SQL, Databricks, Count, and spreadsheets.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify business questions, define requirements, and deliver clear, accurate answers.
• Investigate data discrepancies, missing records, unexpected reporting results, and other basic data issues.
• Resolve straightforward issues independently and escalate more complex problems with clear documentation.
• Support routine data maintenance, validation, and other operational data needs.
• Identify recurring requests that can be addressed through reusable queries, reports, or documentation.
