Decision Management Consultancy is recruiting a Data Analyst for a globally recognized e-commerce organisation. The role focuses on data entry, management, reporting, and analytics across multiple platforms, driving data-driven decision making.

The candidate will work with tools like QuickSight, SharePoint, and Excel trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights for stakeholders across international markets. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data entry, data management, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience managing program enrollments, scheduling, or event coordination.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Input, maintain, and update data across systems including dashboards and trackers.
• Own and maintain compliance data reporting and dashboard metrics.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Prepare clear reports and visualizations and monitor KPIs.
