Job summary

Exquitech Group in Dubai is seeking a Data Security Team Lead to drive the implementation of data security, classification, retention, and governance policies via Microsoft Purview for MEA clients.

The role requires at least 4 years in data security with 2 years in leadership and hands-on Purview experience, including DLP, labeling, retention, and CASB integration. You will guide a team and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the security posture across cloud and on-premise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize data security solutions using Purview and CASB/DLP tools.
• Monitor incidents and lead response activities to minimize data loss and risk.
• Supervise at least one team member and collaborate with stakeholders to align security policies with business goals.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, test environments, and deployment roadmaps.
