Data Scientist (UAE National Only)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Scientist (UAE National Only) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data trends, improve reporting processes, and optimize business performance.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources. Maintain and improve data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
• Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations. Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Present findings in a clear and concise manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work with departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand data needs. Provide ad hoc analysis to support ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data workflows. Contribute to data governance and compliance practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related role.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros. Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills to present findings clearly. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
