Qualifications

• Strong interest in digital innovation within construction, infrastructure, cost management, and project delivery.
• Understanding of construction industry digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Solibri, Aconex, CostX, or similar platforms.
• Experience or academic exposure to automation tools using Dynamo, Python, VBA, or comparable scripting languages.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to review data, identify patterns, and produce practical recommendations.
• Good communication skills with confidence to explain digital processes, support colleagues, and occasionally speak to groups.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Well-organized approach to time management, documentation, task tracking, and project support.
• Positive team attitude with the confidence to engage, collaborate, and constructively challenge ideas when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support quantity surveying and cost management teams by integrating digital workflows into traditional project delivery processes.
• Help improve cost planning, cost control, value engineering, and project reporting through digital platforms and structured data practices.
• Maintain and update project databases so that cost, quantity, design, and project information remains accurate and accessible.
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze construction project data to generate practical insights.
• Build information-rich dashboards, reports, templates, and data views using visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Develop digital templates, automation scripts, and workflow tools to improve productivity.
• Work with quantity surveyors, engineers, digital specialists, and project teams to ensure consistent adoption of data-driven processes.
