Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd in Dubai is inviting UAE National graduates to join a 24-month Advance graduate program in Construction Analytics. The role blends data science, digital engineering, and cost management automation to create data-driven workflows, dashboards, and tools that improve cost planning, reporting accuracy, project efficiency, and commercial decision-making.

You will work with Quantity Surveying and Cost Management teams to develop Power BI dashboards, Python/Dynamo scripts, and

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book; graduated 2024–2026.
• Bachelor’s degree in QS, Digital Eng, Software Eng, CS or Data Analytics, GPA ≥ 2.8.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, BIM platforms, CostX.
• Good communication and teamwork; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Support QS and Cost Management with digital tools and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with quantity surveyors to embed digital processes in cost activities.
• Improve cost planning, forecasting, and value engineering using digital platforms.
• Collect and organize project information into reliable datasets for analysis.
• Develop information-rich dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Create automation scripts (Python, Dynamo, VBA) to reduce manual work.
