DeepSource Technologies is seeking a Resident Engineer with hands-on expertise in Dell NetWorker, PPDM, and PowerProtect Cyber Recovery to support banking-sector clients. The role requires on-site engagement at the customer site, with focus on data protection, backup, and disaster recovery.

You will deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Dell NetWorker, PPDM, and Cyber Recovery solutions, monitor jobs, and perform recoveries as needed.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Dell NetWorker, PPDM and Cyber Recovery.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting backup and recovery solutions.
• Background in enterprise backup and disaster recovery in banking/financial services is preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in production environments.

• Deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Dell NetWorker backup and recovery solutions.
• Manage and support PPDM for enterprise data protection and backup operations.

• Perform data recovery, restore testing, and troubleshooting for business continuity.
• Support data protection infrastructure and resolve incidents per customer requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and deliver regular service reports.
• Coordinate with customer IT, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Follow banking-sector security policies and access controls.

We are looking for a Resident Engineer with hands-on experience in Dell Technologies data protection and cyber recovery solutions to support a banking-sector . The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Dell NetWorker, PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM), and PowerProtect Cyber Recovery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Dell NetWorker backup and recovery solutions.

• Manage and support PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) for enterprise data protection and backup operations.

• Implement, maintain, and support PowerProtect Cyber Recovery solutions.

• Monitor backup jobs, investigate failures, and ensure successful backup and recovery operations.

• Perform data recovery, restore testing, and troubleshooting to support business continuity.

• Support data protection infrastructure and resolve technical incidents in line with customer requirements.

• Maintain technical documentation and provide regular service reports.

• Coordinate with the customer’s IT, infrastructure, and security teams.

• Follow banking-sector security policies, access controls, and operational procedures.

• Hands-on experience with Dell NetWorker, PPDM, and Cyber Recovery solutions.

• Practical experience in enterprise backup, data protection, restoration, and disaster recovery.

• Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.

• Experience supporting enterprise customers in production environments.

• Ability to work on-site at the customer’s premises in Saudi Arabia.

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dell Technologies certifications related to data protection and cyber recovery.
• Experience with enterprise storage, virtualization, and disaster recovery environments.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity controls and secure backup architectures.
