Job summary

Fugro-ETW in Dubai is seeking a skilled land survey professional with AutoCAD Civil 3D expertise to create land survey drawings, topographic maps, profiles, and contouring.

You will review field data, process raw data to deliverables, and maintain survey databases while ensuring QA across projects, including oil and gas related work.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in land survey or topographical science.
• Minimum 5 years related land surveying experience.
• Experience in data processing for land and topographical surveys.
• Oil and gas experience preferred.

Looking to fill a vacant position for any suitable candidate with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Must possess cartographic skills and have an ability to create Land Survey Drawings topographic maps profile drawings alignment sheets and contouring.

Basic Functions

• Review and quality control of field data and coordination with the field
• Process raw field data to project deliverables/drawings with ACAD Civil 3D
• Data management storage filing reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Adjustment of survey observations

Skills / Experience required

• Experience in data processing for land and topographical surveys.
• Extensive experience required in AutoCAD Civil 3D as a minimum.
• Experience in data processing techniques e.g. Leica LGO CADD packages and familiarity with routines to transform between the two data sets.
• Oil and gas experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years related land surveying experience
• Officebased data processing of field survey observations (GPS Levelling etc.
