Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to perform field surveys, collect data with GPS total stations and levels, and prepare maps and legal descriptions for construction projects. You will work with engineers and contractors to ensure precise site data and compliance with UAE land regulations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field, proven project experience, and strong proficiency in CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying or related field.
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or engineering projects.
• Proficiency with GPS total stations and CAD software.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read maps, blueprints, and legal property descriptions.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local land laws and zoning regulations.
