Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking an ICQA Data Analyst to build data collection systems and deliver actionable insights across ICQA, Learning and Finance. You will design advanced SQL queries, create dashboards in Tableau and QuickSight, and automate analyses with Python to support business decisions.

The role requires strong data analysis, English communication, and experience with data warehouses, reporting, and data mining. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess UAE Family Book.
• Proficient with Data Warehouse reporting and query design to query web sources.
• Proficient with SQL (advanced) and QuickSight.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Python.
• Strong analytical math, data analysis, listening and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Development of data collection processes and data management systems.
• Designing queries, compiling data and generating reports in SQL.
• Charting and graphing data for reporting purposes.
• Develop dashboards (Tableau and QuickSight) to support decisions.
• Develop automation solutions for analysis (Python scripts).
• Prepare and publish reports for weekly and quarterly reviews and project updates.
• Support leadership on interpreting data trends as needed.
• In-depth research of defect trends.
• Data collection and entry as needed.
• Data mining and problem solving.
• Present analysis in easily digestible standard reports.
• Support ICQA & Learning Team projects.
