Job summary

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC, based in Dubai, seeks a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and data management activities. You will enter, update, check, and maintain information across company databases and systems with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires good typing skills, proficiency in Excel/Word, and strong English communication for collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree is an advantage.
• Experience as Data Entry Clerk or similar role preferred.
• Typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of email and general computer applications.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM/inventory/database systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update information accurately in databases and spreadsheets.
• Review documents and source information before entry.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Correct data errors and report inconsistencies.
• Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
• Prepare basic Excel reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist with processing invoices, POs, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with departments to obtain missing information.
• Perform regular checks for duplicates or inaccuracies.
• Support general admin duties and complete tasks by deadlines.
