Job summary

Pharmaceutical Strategies Group (PSG) in Dubai seeks a data scientist to support predictive modeling, analyze healthcare claims data, and assist with AI roadmap initiatives.

You will prepare and transform healthcare datasets, develop reusable analytical code, and collaborate with clinicians and product teams to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or healthcare informatics.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience working with healthcare data, pharmacy/PBM data, or medical claims.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency with Python or R for statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Foundational understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and supervised/unsupervised learning.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability for up to 10% travel.
