Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner in Dubai to own merchandise financial planning and in-season performance for assigned brands and categories. You will translate commercial strategy into seasonal budgets, assortment plans, and open-to-buy controls, partnering with buyers to ensure timely launches and replenishment across stores and wholesale partners.

You will help maintain stock productivity, protect margins, and optimize stock availability through weekly performance

Qualifications

Experience in fashion retail planning and budget ownership.
Strong analytical skills across department, class, and product lines.
Advanced Excel for planning, reporting, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

Own annual budgets, seasonal strategies, and open-to-buy plans across brands and categories.
Build WSSI plans and performance reports; identify exceptions and trigger actions.
Collaborate with Buyers to translate strategy into seasonal range and buy plans.
Manage inventory availability and replenishment to reduce stock-outs.
Control sell-through, markdown, and end-of-season activity with data-driven actions.
Maintain open-to-buy visibility with orders, cancellations, and inflows.
Conduct store and competitor visits to inform planning and assortment decisions.
Improve data integrity and reporting systems to enhance performance measurement.
