Job summary

QS Quest Global Markets Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a flagship Data Centre project in the UAE. Candidates should have held Project Manager or Project Director roles on data centre and mission-critical facilities, with 1–2 years of delivery experience from a contractor background.

The role requires global exposure and on-site leadership in Abu Dhabi, coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data centre and mission-critical facilities at Project Manager or Project Director level.
• 1–2 years of hands-on delivery experience within a contractor environment.
• Globally mobile with willingness to relocate to the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the data centre project as Project Director on site in the UAE.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule and cost within a contractor-led environment.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to meet project milestones.
