Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking an experienced Data Architect to define and govern enterprise-wide data architecture in our Dubai UAE headquarters. You will lead scalable data models, drive MDM, ensure data quality, and establish governance frameworks supporting our analytics platforms, ERP and CRM systems.

The role requires 10–12 years in data architecture, strong experience with data modeling, MDM, data quality and governance, and proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end-to-end enterprise data architecture and data models.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to define design and govern enterprise wide data architecture in our Dubai UAE headquarters The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable data models drive master data management ensure high data quality and establish governance frameworks that support our analytics platforms ERP and CRM systems

Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain end-to-end enterprise data architecture and data models Develop and implement master data management MDM strategies and processes Establish and enforce data quality standards profiling cleansing and remediation Define and maintain data governance frameworks policies and procedures Collaborate with ERP and CRM teams to integrate and optimize data flows Lead the evaluation implementation and integration of analytics platforms and tools Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and BI teams Conduct architecture reviews performance tuning and data optimization Ensure data security compliance and regulatory alignment within the UAE region Communicate architectural vision and roadmaps to stakeholders and senior management

Key Qualifications

10 12 years of progressive experience in data architecture or related roles Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex data models Hands-on experience with master data management (MDM) solutions Strong background in data quality frameworks and tools Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce data governance policies Experience with leading analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) Deep understanding of ERP and CRM data integration patterns Track record as a Data Architect in large, enterprise environments Proficiency in relational and NoSQL database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB) Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as TOGAF, CDMP, or equivalent data architecture accreditation Experience with cloud-based data architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Familiarity with MDM tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Stibo Systems Knowledge of regional data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, UAE PDPL) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional, global teams Advanced degree in a technical discipline or business administration
