Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking an experienced Data Architect to define and govern enterprise-wide data architecture in our Dubai UAE headquarters. You will lead scalable data models, drive MDM, ensure data quality, and establish governance frameworks supporting our analytics platforms, ERP and CRM systems.

The role requires 10–12 years in data architecture, strong experience with data modeling, MDM, data quality and governance, and proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in data architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex data models.
• MDM solutions implementation experience.
• Strong data governance and quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end-to-end enterprise data architecture and data models.
• Define and implement MDM strategies and processes.
• Establish data quality standards, profiling, cleansing and remediation.
• Define and maintain data governance policies.
• Collaborate with ERP and CRM teams to integrate data flows.
• Lead analytics platform evaluations and integrations.
• Provide leadership to data engineering and BI teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and data performance tuning.
• Ensure data security and regulatory alignment within the UAE.
• Communicate architecture roadmaps to stakeholders.
