Job summary
Dubai Holding Community Management is seeking a Manager Data & Analytics to drive data strategy and govern analytics across the organization. You will lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers, embedding insights into CRM and operational workflows while evaluating new AI/ML tools and cloud services.
The role requires 7+ years in data analytics with 3+ years in leadership, expertise in Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, SQL, and BI platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
- 7+ years in Data & Analytics with at least 3 years leading technical teams.
- Strong expertise with cloud data warehouses and ETL/ELT tooling.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion Data & Analytics strategy aligned with IT roadmap.
- Lead data products and ensure scalable, integrated outputs in business apps.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage Data Engineers, Analysts, and BI developers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to boost analytical speed and impact.
