Job summary

Cross Country Solutions International is seeking a data analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights for a multi-category loyalty app spanning restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and retail. The role is on-site in Dubai with a focus on data-driven marketing and growth strategies.

The candidate will develop segmentation models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel, translating complex metrics into clear business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas, lookups, and Power Query.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of customer retention, churn, lifetime value (LTV), purchase frequency, and loyalty point redemption metrics.
• Experience with mobile applications, e-commerce, retail, or multi-vendor marketplaces is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, build analytical frameworks from scratch, and work efficiently with raw data exports.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present clear, actionable recommendations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, consolidate, and analyze data from transactions, user profiles, and merchant performance reports.
• Develop customer segmentation models using cohort analysis and RFM analysis.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, merchant metrics, and offer effectiveness.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and business growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty program performance.
• Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy and PII protocols.
