Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data/analytics field.
• 3–5 years in data analysis or marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL for data extraction and audience creation.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Hands-on Power BI for dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience with CRM, loyalty, and campaign platforms.
• Understanding of customer segmentation and campaign lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL to support campaigns.
• Develop and maintain audience lists with accurate targeting and journey rules.
• Create dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, and Digital teams for campaign execution.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign KPIs such as conversion, engagement, retention, and lift.
