Job summary

Thinkit Resources is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Business Performance, Analytics and Growth function. You will translate complex commercial, financial, and market data into actionable insights that inform leadership decisions, accelerate growth, and improve performance.

Collaborating with commercial, finance, marketing, and country leadership teams, you will identify performance gaps, develop dashboards, and deliver executive-ready reports using SQL, Power BI and Salesforce data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, economics, statistics, finance, engineering, data science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategic Planning, Business Planning, Revenue Analytics
• Some experience in SQL, Power Query, Tableau, Python, or similar analytic tools.
• Strong experience working with large data sets and developing business insights.
• Advanced Power BI capabilities with experience building dashboards and performance reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing management reports and executive presentations.
• Ability to connect data and analyses to commercial outcomes and business decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills including modelling, forecasting, and trend analysis.
• Experience working with Salesforce reporting and commercial data structures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

This role serves as the analytical engine of the commercial organization, driving performance visibility, growth planning, and fact-based decision making across the META region. The individual will translate complex commercial, financial, and market data into actionable insights that influence leadership decisions, accelerate growth, and improve business performance.

Working closely with commercial, finance, marketing, and country leadership teams, the role will identify performance gaps, uncover growth opportunities, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability through rigorous analysis and performance measurement.

Required Qualifications & Experience
