Job summary

Tech Junction Ltd in Dubai, UAE seeks an experienced Data & AI Solutions & Delivery Lead with 10–15 years of enterprise IT to guide data modernization and GenAI initiatives for a major telecom client on-site. You will partner with CXO stakeholders, cross-functional architects, and vendors to shape solutions, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires cloud proficiency across Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP and immediate availability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 10–15 years leading data/AI in enterprise.
• Deep GenAI, LLM, RAG, AI Agents experience.
• Hands-on multi-cloud data platforms and APIs.
• Strong CXO-level stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's availability to work in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data modernization and AI deployments across telecommunication client.
• Lead executive workshops, steering committees, and pre-sales support.
• Ensure governance, security baselines, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor cross-functional teams of data engineers and architects.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from shaping to production.
