Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS, invites a senior Enterprise Data & AI Architect in the UAE to lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale data, cloud, AI, ML and analytics platforms.

You will define architecture strategy, roadmaps and reference architectures, and work with CIO/CTO/CDO and stakeholders to drive digital transformation.

The ideal candidate has 18+ years in IT with strong EA background and hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake and Fabric.

Qualifications

• 18+ years IT experience with enterprise/data/AI architecture
• Proficient with Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric
• Expert in Data Lakes/Lakehouse, ETL/ELT, MDM and Data Governance
• Experience with ML platforms, MLOps, Generative AI, LLM/RAG
• Strong Data Security and Analytics Architecture
• Excellent enterprise architecture, stakeholder management and leadership
• UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred
• Experience with large enterprises/government is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Data & AI architecture, strategy, roadmap and reference architectures
• Architect modern data platforms using Azure, Databricks, Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric
• Design Data Lake/Lakehouse, ETL/ELT, data warehouse and analytics architectures
• Establish Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata, Lineage and MDM frameworks
• Design secure and scalable AI/ML and Generative AI architectures (RAG, enterprise LLM)
• Define data security, privacy, access control and compliance architecture
• Lead cloud data modernization and large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Work closely with CIO/CTO/CDO, business, security and technology stakeholders

Enterprise Data & AI Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Data & AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Data, Cloud, AI, ML and Analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Data & AI architecture, strategy, roadmap and reference architectures.
• Architect modern data platforms using Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
• Design Data Lake/Lakehouse, ETL/ELT, data warehouse and analytics architectures.
• Establish Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata, Lineage and MDM frameworks.
• Design secure and scalable AI/ML and Generative AI architectures, including RAG and enterprise LLM integration.
• Define data security, privacy, access control and compliance architecture.
• Lead cloud data modernization and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with CIO/CTO/CDO, business, security and technology stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of overall IT experience with strong Enterprise/Data/AI Architecture background.
• Expert knowledge of Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong expertise in Data Lakes/Lakehouse, ETL/ELT, MDM and Data Governance.
• Experience with ML Platforms, MLOps, Generative AI, LLM/RAG and AI integration.
• Strong Data Security and Analytics Architecture experience.
• Excellent enterprise architecture, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is strongly preferred/required.
• Experience working with large enterprises, government or semi-government organizations is an advantage.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.

Certifications: TOGAF, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric or AI certifications are desirable.
