Job description

Punctuality Attendance

Report to the institute at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class.

Classes must start and end strictly according to the assigned timetable. Any absence or late arrival must be informed to management in advance and approved.

Teaching Responsibilities

• Conduct all assigned classes professionally and maintain high teaching standards.
• Prepare appropriate choreography according to the students age and skill level.
• Ensure proper discipline participation and student progress.

Student Safety Discipline

• Maintain a safe respectful and controlled classroom environment.
• The teacher is responsible for students during their scheduled class.
• Any behavioural safety or other concerns must be immediately reported to management.

Performances Content

• Prepare students for institute performances, events, competitions and video shoots as required.
• Cooperate with management for rehearsals choreography recordings and promotional activities.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain professional behaviour appearance and communication at all times.
• Treat students parents colleagues and management respectfully.
• No inappropriate behaviour language or communication with students will be tolerated.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of professional dance teaching experience.
