We are seeking a dynamic Dance Teacher – Performing Arts to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for a creative educator who can inspire performance excellence, artistic expression, and student confidence within a forward‑looking educational environment.

Location & Salary

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 11,000–17,000 AED/month (market estimated)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Dance lessons from KS1 onwards using engaging and research‑informed teaching methods.
• Develop students’ technical proficiency, choreography skills, and performance confidence.
• Create inclusive learning experiences that encourage creativity, artistic expression, and physical development.
• Use specialist facilities and resources to enhance practical learning and performance outcomes.
• Introduce students to diverse dance forms and support appreciation of performing arts disciplines.
• Integrate inquiry‑based learning and interdisciplinary collaboration into classroom delivery.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide clear developmental feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen curriculum delivery and performing arts programmes.
• Participate actively in school performances, extracurricular activities, and community events.
• Build strong communication with parents regarding student progress and artistic development.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor of Education or Bachelor's degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience teaching Dance from KS1 and above.
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
• Creative and enthusiastic teaching style with passion for performing arts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
