Job summary

OBT Group in Dubai seeks an experienced candidate to join the Shipping department. The role focuses on preparing PDAs, confirming agency appointments, and managing prefunding workflows.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in a related field, a finance/Business background, and fluent English for client and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in related field.
• Experience with port documentation and processes.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of finance processes and systems.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Preparing PDAs for enquiries, confirmed agency appointments and follow up on prefunding.
• Preparing and sending Final DAs to clients.
• Preparing reports to senior management and clients, hereunder daily line ups.
