Job summary

Koitecc Solutions seeks an IT Project Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives in the UAE, delivering secure projects on time and within budget.

You will plan, execute, and monitor projects, manage risks, coordinate with IT teams and executives, and drive vendor engagements with governance controls.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in IT project management with a minimum 3 years in cybersecurity or information risk management, and relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• A master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity or information risk management.
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of network and application security, cloud environments (primarily AWS), WAF, CDN and Bot Management.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, report on and proactively manage risks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with IT teams and executive stakeholders; communicate updates, risks and issues.
• Vendor and Tool Management: Evaluate products from vendors and drive implementation with governance and controls.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project docs, produce metrics and dashboards to measure success and security posture.
