Job summary

Dicetek LLC in the UAE seeks an experienced Information Security / Data Protection Project Manager to lead security initiatives across banking IT systems. You will drive agile and waterfall projects, align with policy, and manage time, scope, and budget with stakeholders.

The role requires 6+ years in BFSI security programs, proficiency in risk controls, and expertise in standards such as ISO27001 and GDPR. Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 6+ years in information security / data protection project management in BFSI.
• Hands on experience in leading information security / cyber security projects.
• Expertise in information security standards (ISO27001, PCIDSS, GDPR, UAE Data Protection) and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of information security projects requirements (agile and waterfall).
• Coordinate with IT and PMO to define information security requirements per policy.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.
• Support backlog/requirements gathering and balance priorities and scope.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security policy and regulatory standards.
• Drive measurable control improvements with internal teams and stakeholders.
