Job summary

Dicetek UAE is seeking an experienced Information Security Project Manager to lead strategic cybersecurity and data protection initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. You will oversee end-to-end security projects, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks, and drive the delivery of information security programs aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field and professional cybersecurity knowledge.
• Minimum 6+ years of Information Security, Cybersecurity or Data Protection Project Management experience in BFSI.
• Experience leading security projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of security architecture principles and SDLC security requirements.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, UAE IAS, GDPR, UAE Data Protection).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Information Security and Data Protection projects within banking sector.
• Manage scope, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives across infrastructure, apps, cloud, and business systems.
• Ensure compliance with information security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for security risks.
• Facilitate collaboration between security teams, business stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams.
• Oversee security control implementation and remediation programs.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory assessments.
• Integrate security requirements into SDLC processes.
• Provide governance updates and executive-level reporting.
