Job summary

CNS Middle East is seeking a senior Cybersecurity Advisory & Assurance Lead to drive enterprise-wide maturity assessments and advisory engagements for enterprise and government clients in the UAE. You will independently lead framework-based assessments, translate technical findings into business risk, and guide remediation programmes with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or Engineering.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, CISA, CCSP, GIAC or NIST-related training/certification.
• 8 years of cybersecurity experience across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity maturity assessments including current-state and target-state using NIST CSF.
• Conduct control design and operating-effectiveness assessments.
• Review policies and procedures against NIST SP 800-series, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and UAE/GCC regulations.
• Advise on SOC capabilities, SIEM, threat hunting, and incident response.
• Assess security architecture across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Identify gaps and develop remediation roadmaps and improvement programmes.
• Present findings to CISOs, CIOs and governance committees.
