Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking an experienced SOC Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead the Security Operations Center. You will oversee daily cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, and the use of SIEM/EDR tools, while mentoring SOC analysts and coordinating with clients on security incidents.

The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in cybersecurity, and familiarity with regulated environments. CISSP/CISM/CEH certificates are a plus, with a focus on delivering timely risk reporting and ongoing

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity/SOC or related roles.
• Experience leading SOC teams or engineers.
• Proficient with SIEM, EDR, threat detection and incident response.
• Experience in regulated/enterprise environments preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily SOC operations and cybersecurity monitoring activities.
• Manage incident detection, response, escalation, and resolution.
• Oversee SIEM platforms, threat intelligence, and security tools.
• Develop SOC procedures, playbooks, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead and mentor SOC analysts and engineers.
• Ensure SLA compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients on security incidents.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and risk updates.
