Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Medical related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG externally.
• Strong expertise in market analysis and forecasting.
• Experience in pre/post launch market development and expansion.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Leadership and autonomy to work with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end launch strategy for CVRM portfolio.
• Develop and implement integrated brand plans for pre-launch, launch and post-launch.
• Define governance structures and track performance with KPIs.
• Create omnichannel campaigns and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Manage launch budget and optimize resource allocation.
